Designation: Senior Product Analyst/ Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Own analytics for customer engagement channels including push notifications, email, and lifecycle communications to improve retention and repeat purchases.
- Analyze user behavior across the ecommerce funnel and generate insights to optimize engagement and conversion.
- Build and maintain SQL-based data models, dashboards, and reports to track key product and retention metrics.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments for campaigns, personalization strategies, and product features.
- Drive end-to-end product feature development from ideation to launch, including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and growth teams to ensure smooth execution and timely releases.
- Define and track success metrics, evaluate feature performance, and optimize based on data insights.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis and leverage AI tools to automate insights and improve personalization.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with product analytics, including cohort, funnel, and retention analysis, and A/B experimentation.
- Proven ability to drive end-to-end product feature development and work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and productivity.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate insights into business recommendations.

- Immediate joiner or availability within 15 days
- Candidates based in Gurgaon preferred
- Experience working in high-growth/startup environments is a plus
