Job Description

What does success look like

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be part of Sprinklr's fast-paced Product organization, helping build and scale core products used by global enterprise customers. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Sales to translate market, customer, and data insights into

impactful product capabilities. This role blends market analysis, product discovery, data analysis, and execution, with ownership across the feature lifecycle - from problem definition to successful customer adoption.

What You'll Do

Product Discovery, Strategy & Data Analysis

  • Own the end-to-end feature lifecycle: market research, problem definition, requirements, development, launch, and adoption.
  • Analyze product usage, adoption metrics, and customer behavior to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Track feature adoption and effectiveness post-launch, and translate insights into roadmap improvements.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform product strategy and prioritization.
  • Clearly articulate business problems, user needs, and the value delivered by proposed solutions.
  • Define use cases, user personas, and workflows across different customer roles.

Requirements & Execution

  • Gather and validate requirements by working closely with internal teams and external customers.
  • Translate customer and data-driven insights into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable and generalizable, not built for one-off customer requests.
  • Partner with Engineering to translate requirements into technical designs and execution plans.
  • Manage cross-product backlogs for assigned product areas and communicate progress and tradeoffs.

Workflow & Experience Design

  • Develop a deep understanding of current (as-is) user workflows and define future (to-be) experiences.
  • Identify gaps early by simulating workflows and validating designs before development.JOB DESCRIPTION & POSTING
  • Collaborate with UX to create low- and high-fidelity designs that balance usability and scalability.

Quality, Launch & Adoption

  • Work closely with QA to ensure feature quality, test coverage, and readiness before release.
  • Support rollout, deployment, and adoption plans in partnership with Customer Success and Sales.
  • Monitor adoption and usage post-launch and partner with GTM teams to drive sustained adoption and value realization.

What Makes You Qualified

  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising workflows, preferably in enterprise environments.
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Able to communicate product insights and value clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous, and evolving product landscape.
  • Combines analytical thinking with strong execution and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates ownership, curiosity, and a bias toward action.
  • 1+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Analysis for B2B or enterprise software (preferred).
  • Proven ability to work independently and drive execution without direct authority.
  • Experience balancing multiple initiatives and delivering against deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes.
  • Prior experience in an agency or marketing technology environment is a plus.
