At CarDekho Group, we are looking for a Product analyst to join our team. You will transform data into powerful insights that drive user growth, retention, and product innovation. We're looking for a data-savvy problem-solver who can uncover trends, run experiments, and guide product decisions with sharp analysis.
Key responsibilities:
- Define, track, and monitor core product KPIs (engagement, activation, retention, conversion, funnel drop-offs, etc.)
- Build and maintain automated dashboards to provide real-time visibility into platform performance
- Identify trends, anomalies, and performance gaps through deep data analysis
- Conduct root cause analysis for metric fluctuations and user behavior changes
- Design, run, and interpret A/B tests to validate product changes.
- Build real-time dashboards and periodic reports to track KPIs and business health.
- Partner with product managers to influence roadmaps with data-driven recommendations.
- Dive deep into datasets using SQL, Python, Excel, PowerBI, GA4, and Mixpanel to generate actionable insights.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3 - 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably with product or growth teams.
- Strong hands-on experience on SQL, Python and Power BI
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, concise stories for stakeholders.
- A curious mindset with strong attention to detail and a bias for action.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.
- Strong understanding of product metrics and user behavior analysis
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
