Role Summary
We are seeking a Digital Strategy Sales Manager to drive and advance strategic initiatives across cards and lending portfolios in support of key business goals such as higher revenue/ARPU, improved customer engagement, cost efficiency, and overall effectiveness of banking initiatives. This role is responsible for shaping strategy and ensuring ideas progress successfully through strong coordination, communication, and alignment across multiple teams within a complex banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives aligned to business objectives including revenue growth, engagement, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Shape, refine, and progress strategy ideas into clearly defined priorities and execution-ready direction
- Act as a central connector across all teams required to make banking initiatives successful, including business, analytics, product, technology, legal, compliance, and risk
- Lead discussions to align stakeholders, address dependencies, and resolve friction across teams
- Ensure clarity on strategic intent, scope, ownership, and success measures for initiatives
- Track progress and outcomes, synthesizing inputs from multiple teams for senior stakeholders
- Represent strategy initiatives in leadership, governance, and review forums
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in banking, preferably across cards and lending portfolios
- Proven experience working closely with multiple internal teams to successfully drive marketing and growth-related initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and regulated environments
- Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate strategy into clear direction that enables execution by partner teams
