Job Description

  • Legal as an enabler and support function within the organization

2: Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)

  • To check correctness and completeness of documentation and follow-up with business teams to close
  • the pendency s within the defined timelines.
  • To c o-ordinate with Business to ensure execution of documentation .
  • Follow the templates laid by the department to ensure standardization .
  • Advisory on structuring of a transaction and l egal clearance for executed documents.
  • Maintain MIS /t racker
  • Drafting and s ending Customized Legal Documents/Agreements , Notices.
  • To address the legal issues, queries raised and to providing legal support as and when required
  • To handle ma tters pertaining to Sec 138 NIA, Sec 25 of PASA, SARFAESI and Insolvency Proceedings .

3: Key Challenges (List the key tasks performed to support the m ain objectives of the position)

  • Coordinating with internal stake holders
  • Ensuring Proper Documentation
  • Disbursals within TAT

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Professional Qualification :

  • Graduation (LLB/BALLB) plus minimum 3 -year s professional experience.
  • Prior experience in NBFC

Knowledge

  • Well versed with Company Law, SARFAESI and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Stamp Act, Transfer of Properties Act.
