Senior Process Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Executive for our International Customer Support team. The role involves handling global customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through voice-based support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients
• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information and maintain quality service standards
• Meet individual and team performance metrics (KPIs)
• Document customer interactions and maintain records
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Mandatory experience in International Voice Process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts

Experience:

• Minimum 1–3 years in International Customer Support (Voice Process preferred)
