Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and highly experienced Senior Physics Faculty to lead our students to success. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, developing rigorous testing material, and mentoring students through the nuances of classical and modern physics.
Key Responsibilities1. Academic Delivery- Lecture Planning: Deliver engaging and conceptually strong lectures for Class 11, 12 (JEE/NEET/MHT-CET).
- Problem Solving: Masterfully explain complex topics focusing on shortcuts and time-management techniques for competitive exams.
- Curriculum Development: Design and update comprehensive study material, Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), and mock test papers.
2. Student Mentorship- Doubt Clearing: Conduct dedicated doubt-solving sessions to ensure no student is left behind.
- Performance Analysis: Track student progress through test scores and provide personalized intervention for underperforming students.
- Motivation: Act as a mentor to help students manage exam stress and maintain a consistent study rhythm.
3. Departmental Contribution- Innovation: Introduce modern teaching aids (simulations or visual tools) to explain abstract physics concepts.
- Faculty Collaboration: Coordinate with the Chemistry and Math/Biology departments to ensure a synchronized academic calendar.
Desired Candidate Profile- Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of experience teaching Physics specifically for JEE Main&Advanced and NEET at a reputed coaching institute.
- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech from IITs, NITs, or an M.Sc. in Physics from a premier university.
- Subject Mastery: Exceptional command over both theoretical concepts and numerical application.
- Deep understanding of the evolving patterns of NTA (National Testing Agency) exams.
- Skills:
- Strong classroom management and stage presence.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, relatable manner.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
