Senior PHP Developer

Responsibilities:

• Simultaneously handle multiple PHP projects
• Manage the PHP project team, driving creation of efficient and practical solutions
• Analyze system specs and translate them into actionable tasks for team members
• Ensure timely and successful completion of projects
• Independently handle end-to-end project responsibilities
• Guide and mentor team members
• Prepare project documentation as required
• Interact with clients to gather and understand project requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in web development
• Must hold a full-time B.Tech, M.Tech, or MCA degree
• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, XML
• Expertise in CMS tools
• Experience in leading teams and handling 47 projects simultaneously
• Proficient in project analysis and planning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead and motivate team members in a cooperative work environment
