Senior PHP Developer

Simultaneously handle multiple PHP projects.

Manage the PHP project team and promote elegant, practical solutions aligned with business goals.

Analyze system specifications and translate them into task specifications for team members.

Ensure timely completion of projects.

Handle entire projects autonomously.

Guide and mentor team members.

Prepare project documentation as needed.

Interact with clients to understand project needs and requirements.

Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in web development with a B-Tech, M-Tech, or MCA degree (full-time).

Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, and XML.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in PHP and CMS tools is a must.

Capable of managing 47 projects simultaneously.

Strong experience in project analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate team members in a collaborative work environment.
