About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator. You'll own performance strategy across multiple client accounts, manage significant ad budgets, and mentor junior team members, while staying close to the data.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end performance strategy for multiple client accounts, from goal setting and media planning to scaling
• Lead campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Display), Meta Ads, and marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart
• Build full-funnel plans for lead generation, e-commerce, sales, and remarketing, and decide budget allocation across channels
• Drive key metrics: CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, MER, conversion rate, LTV, and revenue
• Run structured A/B and multivariate tests and maintain a documented testing roadmap
• Own tracking and measurement: pixels, Conversions API/server-side tracking, UTMs, and attribution
• Present performance reports and strategic reviews to clients and leadership
• Mentor junior and mid-level marketers and set best practices and SOPs
• Work closely with content, creative, SEO, CRO, and account teams
• Support new business pitches with audits and growth proposals
• Stay ahead of platform changes, privacy and signal-loss shifts, and the evolving AI ad ecosystem (including ChatGPT Ads; prior hands-on experience not required)

What You Bring

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising/performance marketing with a proven record of scaling accounts and delivering strong ROI
• Expert-level Google Ads and Meta Ads experience, including managing large monthly budgets
• Strong experience with marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
• Deep understanding of unit economics and profitability-driven optimization
• Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking, server-side tracking, and attribution
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to diagnose performance independently
• Experience managing multiple clients across industries
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Prior experience mentoring or leading team members
• Comfortable in a remote, collaborative environment

Good to Have

• E-commerce/D2C and lead-gen experience at scale
• GA4, Google Tag Manager
• CRM/marketing automation integrations and CRO experience
• Agency experience and direct client management
