- MBA with excellent written and verbal communication skills will be preferred. Or MS in CS, Data Analysis, AI/ML or related field.

Requirements:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to enhance clients brand visibility and reach the target audience.
- Create and Manage paid search campaigns on paid media platforms such as Meta, Google, Amazon and LinkedIn to generate leads and increase conversions for our clients.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising or related roles, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Google keywords, Google search Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance metrics and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with clients.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Optimize social media advertising to drive engagement and improve ROI for our clients.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
- To oversee the strategic allocation and optimization of a budget ranging from 50 Lakhs to 1 Crore towards various marketing channels.
- Analyze performance metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLV) to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Proven track record of managing high budgets, with a focus on driving measurable results and ROI.
