Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and managing client accounts. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, creating and executing business strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads to drive conversions.
  • Conduct client calls, meetings, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support.

Requirements

  • Recently completed a graduate degree (any discipline).
  • 6 months - 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Good English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Good presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Experience in IT, ERP, SaaS, or digital marketing sales (preferred).
