Job Description

Key Responsibilities(1-2 Years Experience)
  • Manage and optimize company accounts on Alibaba and IndiaMART
  • Handle product listings, catalog updates, and keyword optimization
  • Generate and respond to leads, inquiries, and RFQs (Request for Quotations)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients
  • Monitor account performance, analytics, and sales metrics
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations) for order fulfillment
  • Develop strategies to increase visibility, conversions, and revenue
  • Stay updated with marketplace trends, policies, and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience managing Alibaba and/or IndiaMART accounts
  • Strong understanding of B2B e-commerce and online sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize performance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in export/import processes
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, paid ads on marketplaces)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
