What You'll Do
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven individual to manage the end-to-end setup and optimization of our mobile app advertising campaigns. You will play a critical role in the execution, monitoring, and troubleshooting of campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other performance channels. This role requires technical precision, strong platform expertise, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure flawless campaign delivery.
- Launch, manage, and optimize app install campaigns across Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns (UAC), and other digital platforms.
- Monitor daily performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention) and make data-backed optimizations to meet campaign goals.
- Implement A/B tests across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies; maintain clear documentation of results.
- Handle QA checks for ad creatives, tracking links, and campaign setup to ensure error-free execution.
- Troubleshoot performance or delivery issues related to campaign setups, audiences, or tracking discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the creative and analytics teams to align campaign assets and measurement frameworks.
- Work with MMPs (such as Appsflyer, Adjust, or Branch) to ensure accurate attribution and event tracking.
- Stay informed of platform updates, new ad formats, and best practices to continuously improve campaign efficiency.
- Support budget pacing, invoicing accuracy, and reporting hygiene across platforms.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree with 35 years of hands-on experience in ad operations or performance marketing, specifically in mobile app advertising.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including experience managing Google App Campaigns (UAC).
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) like Appsflyer, Adjust, or Branch.
- Strong problem-solving and QA skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Good understanding of attribution, tracking setups, and user acquisition metrics.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with shifting priorities.
