Role Description
We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of revenue growth through paid channels. This role requires someone who is not just hands-on with platforms but also understands how to scale campaigns profitably and drive strong revenue outcomes.
Qualifications
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other performance channels
- Own and drive revenue growth through performance marketing initiatives
- Manage and scale budgets efficiently while maintaining strong ROAS
- Analyse campaign data and optimise funnels, creatives, and targeting strategies
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
- Collaborate closely with the creative and content teams for high-performing campaigns
- Track and improve key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and new growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong experience working with D2C brands (mandatory)
- Proven track record of driving and scaling revenue through paid campaigns
- Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights
- Good understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and customer journeys
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Good to have:
- Experience in skincare, beauty, or wellness brands
- Ability to write high-converting ad copies and strong creative judgment
- Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms
