Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Payroll Processing
Manage complete payroll cycles for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local statutory requirements and internal policies.
Employee Query Management & Escalation
Act as the first escalation point for payroll-related employee queries through ServiceNow, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional resolution.
Payroll Compliance & Regulatory Management
Interpret and apply tax laws, social security rules, and labor regulations across Americas and EMEA regions to ensure full statutory compliance.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with external payroll providers to manage payroll timelines, audits, issue resolution, and service delivery quality.
Payroll Data Management & Reconciliation
Maintain, validate, and reconcile payroll data across systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
Payroll Transformation & Automation Support
Support payroll transformation initiatives including system implementation, automation, and vendor integration projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with HR, Finance, Audit, and Compliance teams to meet reporting, governance, and control requirements.
Process Improvement & Optimization
Identify inefficiencies in payroll processes and contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
Mentoring & Guidance
Support and mentor junior team members and act as a subject matter expert for complex payroll issues.
Governance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to global SOPs, maintain payroll documentation, and support audit readiness and reporting requirements.
