About The Role

We're looking for a Senior HR Manager to own the entire people function — from hiring and compliance to administration and legal. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who can operate as an IC and build a team. Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across corporate, tech, and warehouse roles
  • Build sourcing pipelines and manage relationships with consultants and staffing agencies
  • Define hiring frameworks, manage offer negotiation, and own onboarding experience

Learning, Development & Training

  • Design L&D plans for corporate and warehouse teams
  • Own mandatory training calendars — fire safety, first aid, PPE, POSH, equipment handling
  • Ensure all regulatory-mandated certifications are current and renewed on time

Payroll & Compensation

  • Own accurate, on-time payroll for all employees including contract and warehouse workforce
  • Handle FnF settlements, increments, and TDS coordination with finance

Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

  • Corporate: PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, POSH, Labour Welfare Fund
  • Warehouse: Fire NOC, medical fitness, PPE enforcement, accident reporting, contractor compliance
  • Maintain a zero-miss compliance calendar and liaise with labour departments

Legal & Employee Relations

  • Draft and enforce HR policies — employment agreements, NDAs, asset and data policies
  • Handle absconding cases end-to-end: legal notices, asset recovery, FIR coordination
  • Manage terminations, PIPs, show-cause notices, and labour court matters

Exit Management

  • Own full exit lifecycle — asset recovery, access revocation, FnF, exit interviews
  • Track attrition trends and present quarterly insights to leadership

Performance Management

  • Build the PMS framework from scratch — KRAs, review cycles, ratings, PIP process
  • Tie outcomes to increments, promotions, and recognition programs

Administration & Facilities

  • Manage the office space end-to-end — housekeeping, security, AMCs, pantry, seating
  • Handle landlord/building liaison, lease documentation, and office insurance

Vendor Management

  • Own all HR and admin vendors — staffing, BGV, payroll, HRMS, compliance, legal
  • Negotiate contracts, manage SLAs, and conduct periodic performance reviews

What We're Looking For

  • 8–13 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Mandatory: prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing
  • Proven ability to build HR systems and policies from scratch
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour law, statutory compliance, and HR legal frameworks
  • Hands-on with payroll, admin, and facilities — not just oversight
  • Strong vendor network and excellent written communication
  • High ownership mindset — comfortable building structure where none exists
