Key Responsibilities- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, etc.).
- Demonstrate deep understanding of finance domain processes and their implementation in Oracle Fusion.
- Partner with the pre-sales team to:
- Develop solution approaches
- Create impactful pitch decks and proposals
- Participate in client presentations and discussions
- Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules and build MVPs/prototypes in sandbox environments for client demonstrations.
- Lead requirement discussions and translate business needs into functional designs.
- Provide thought leadership on best practices, process optimization, and solution architecture.
- Drive transition from sales to delivery by initiating implementation projects post deal closure.
- Provide leadership during project kickoff, solution design, and early execution phases.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 12–18 years of overall experience with strong expertise in Finance domain and Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance business processes and accounting principles.
- Demonstrated experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and client-facing roles.
- Hands-on experience in system configuration and demo environment setup.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Exposure to global implementations and multi-entity/multi-currency environments
- Experience in leading or building a practice/team.
