Senior Operations Manager

What We're Looking For

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in logistics, 3PL, supply chain or ground operations.

• Experience with established logistics or supply chain companies such as Porter, Delhivery, Udaan, Zepto (Logistics Vendor Management), or similar organizations.

• Exposure to cold-chain (refrigerated) or dry logistics will be preferred, but is not mandatory.

• Strong expertise in operational planning, execution, team management and vendor coordination.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.

• Ability to independently manage day-to-day operations, drive performance metrics and ensure service levels are consistently met.

• Strong academic background, preferably from a reputed institution.

Location: Bangalore

Compensation:15-18 Lacs, Depending on experience and fit.
