Key Responsibilities:

Managing Large-Scale Operations (250+ FTEs)

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Transitions, Transformation & Process Improvement

Productivity, Capacity Planning & P&L Management

Client Relationship & Service Delivery

Multi-site and Onshore/Offshore Coordination

Requirements:

Graduate

Minimum 8–15 Years of Relevant Insurance Domain Experience

US/UK Insurance Domain Experience Preferred

Strong Team Management & Operational Leadership Skills

Experience in Large-Scale Insurance Operations Management
