Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Management (ITOM) professional trainer with 10+ years of expertise in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, service availability, and operational excellence. The role involves overseeing IT operations, monitoring systems performance, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, and driving efficiency through automation and best practices. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC, SolarWinds), cloud infrastructure operations, and IT governance standards, while also mentoring and developing junior staff and fresh graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversaw IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
• Managed incident, problem, change, and event management processes in alignment with ITIL frameworks.
• Utilized ITOM platforms (ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Orchestration) to monitor and optimize performance.
• Ensured system availability, capacity planning, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity.
• Developed and implemented operational dashboards, KPIs, and compliance reports.
• Automated recurring operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Collaborated with security, applications, and business teams to ensure resilient IT services.
• Conducted root cause analysis for critical incidents and implemented corrective actions.
• Trained and mentored graduate trainees and junior staff on ITOM practices, tools, and governance.
• Drove continual improvement initiatives within IT operations to align with organizational strategy.
