Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of branch customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to grow the customer's overall relationship with the bank
  • Collaborate with various teams within the bank to provide tailored solutions and products to meet the diverse needs of customers
  • Actively participate in branch activities and initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products, services, and policies to effectively advise and guide customers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of branch-level strategies and action plans
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to management on customer trends, market dynamics, and potential areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and a track record of cross-selling and up-selling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to address customer needs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a deep understanding of the bank's products and services
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall success of the branch
