Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Paid/Articled Assistant role located in Guntur. The role involves assisting with audit and assurance activities, preparing and analyzing financial statements, performing tax compliance tasks, and supporting various advisory services. Responsibilities also include conducting research on financial regulations, handling GST filings, and assisting in company law compliance procedures. The role provides hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance, under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Audit, Assurance, and preparation of financial statements
• Understanding of Direct and Indirect Taxation, including GST and NRI Taxation
• Familiarity with company law compliance and corporate regulations
• Strong analytical skills for IFRS Accounts outsourcing and Ind AS Implementation
• Proficiency in research and problem-solving related to financial regulations and laws
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to learning and adapting in a professional environment
• Relevant educational qualification or enrollment in CA/CMA program is an advantage
