Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Budget Planning: Prepare and monitor annual budgets for administrative and HR activities.
  • SAP Proficiency: Manage transactions and reporting through SAP systems.
  • Procurement & Payments:
  • Create PR/PO (Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order) in SAP.
  • Handle invoice processing and vendor payment coordination.
  • Transport Management: Oversee employee transport arrangements and vendor compliance.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute internal events, workshops, and engagement activities.
  • MIS Compilation: Prepare and maintain Management Information System reports for Admin and HR functions.
  • Building & Facility Management: Ensure smooth operations of office infrastructure, housekeeping, and security.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-10 years of relevant experience in Admin & HR roles.
