Job Title : Senior O2C Functional Consultant – Gravity (Cash Flow & Collections)
Job Type : Contract
Experience : 8-12 years
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana
We are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash processes, Collections, and Cash Flow Management. The candidate should have experience working with collections or billing platforms such as Gravity and should be capable of driving process optimization and improving cash flow visibility across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash lifecycle and Accounts Receivable processes
- Strong experience in Collections, Dispute Management, and Cash Application
- Experience with Oracle EBS or NetSuite
- Exposure to reporting, analytics, and dashboards
- Experience in finance transformation or large-scale implementations
- Understanding of cash flow, liquidity, and forecasting concepts
- Experience with collections or billing platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash transformation and collections optimization initiatives
- Design and implement effective collections strategies and workflows
- Improve cash flow visibility, reporting, and forecasting processes
- Work on the Gravity system for collections management and payment tracking
- Collaborate with ERP teams to ensure seamless data flow and financial accuracy
- Define functional solutions aligned with business requirements
- Conduct stakeholder discussions and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Support implementation, testing, and deployment activities
- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
