Job Description

Lead the end to end finance for a growing company
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on financial performance and opportunities.
Oversee and mentor the finance team to enhance overall departmental efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Applicant should be:

CA or MBA from a top-tier institute with strong academic credentials
10+ years of experience, preferably within high-growth startup environments
Proven experience in leading end-to-end finance functions, including: Controllership, Business finance, FP&A
Demonstrated ability to build and scale finance processes in a growing organization
Highly driven and entrepreneurial mindset, with the appetite to play a key role in taking a startup from growth to scale
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with founders, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
