Manager/Sr. Manager-Delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for clients and manage end-to-end communication on project delivery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure alignment with hiring expectations
• Lead, mentor, and guide recruitment delivery teams to achieve performance and hiring targets
• Allocate resources effectively and manage workload distribution across teams
• Identify project and delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Monitor recruitment delivery metrics and prepare regular status and performance reports
• Analyze existing recruitment processes and drive continuous process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of hiring requirements
• Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, timelines, and quality benchmarks
• Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and reporting
