Our technology services client is seeking multiple Senior Network Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. These positions offer a strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period. Below are further details about the role:

Job Description:
Certification and Experience:
- CCNA or CCNP certification is preferred, CCIE will be considered an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in networking.
Routing and Switching:
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst Routers/Switches 8300, 8200, 9000 and ASR 400 series.
- Implement and manage OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP routing protocols.
- Configure static routes, route redistribution, MPLS and QoS.
- Configure VLANs, VTP, STP, EtherChannel and Manage VLANs and ensure traffic segmentation.
- Layer 17 troubleshooting across enterprise and Packet capture analysis (Wireshark /Traceroute), link issues, route flaps, etc.
- Document network configurations, topology, and troubleshooting steps.
Datacenter Network (ACI)
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus switches (2K, 5K, 9K), including working within ACI environments.
- Good knowledge in Cisco ACI fabric (APIC, leaf, spine switches) for data center environments.
- Configure tenants, application profiles, and endpoint groups (EPGs) in Cisco ACI.
- Implement Layer 2 and Layer 3 connectivity using ACI fabrics.
- Configure ACI policies (contract, bridge domain, etc.) to ensure proper traffic flow.
- Monitor fabric health using Cisco ACI's monitoring tools (APIC GUI, CLI, and analytics).
- Document ACI configurations, network topology, and troubleshooting guides.
Firewall and Security:
- Install and configure firewalls (Check Point & FortiGate).
- Set up and manage VPNs for secure remote access to the network.
- Good knowledge in Checkpoint including modular components such as VPN, IPS, URL Filtering, Anti-Bot, Threat Emulation and Threat Extraction.
- Good knowledge in FortiGate firewall including IPS, web filtering, antivirus, antimalware, and DLP.
- Strong understanding of firewall redundancy concepts, including Active/Passive and Active/Active failover configurations.
- Apply firewall updates and patches to keep them secure.
- Document firewall settings and any changes made.
Network optimization and WAN traffic management
- Proficient in using Allot and Exinda for packet shaping.
Load Balancers:
- Experienced with Array Link load balancers.
Operations & Support
- Experience working in an ITIL-based environment
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders and service providers.
- Proactive and accountable, with a strong focus on resolving complex issues within defined SLAs.
- Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 20000 and ISO 27001.

- Manage Engine - NetFlow Analyzer, Network Configuration Manager.
- Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine).
