About the role
We're looking for a creative and highly efficient Motion Designer (with strong AV expertise) to join our fast-paced Marketing team. As akey player in our digital content production, you'll bring our brand and campaigns to life through engaging motion graphics, audio-visualstorytelling, and video content, delivering at scale across multiple digital platforms.
You will be responsible for
- Design and animate motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, online display, email, digital screens, and
web platforms.
- Produce and edit AV content, including cutting video, syncing audio, and enhancing narratives through sound design and visual pacing.
- Adapt existing assets and templates into multiple versions and formats at scale, maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with Creative Leads, Copywriters, and Channel Owners to deliver assets that meet campaign objectives and channel
requirements.
- Work closely with the Digital Publishing and QC teams to ensure high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Support post-production tasks like editing, sound syncing, and visual effects when required.
- Help evolve and maintain a motion design toolkit and asset library to improve production speed and consistency.
You will need
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud-particularly After Effects,
- 3+ years of experience in motion design or video production,
Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- Strong knowledge of aspect ratios, formats, AV compression,
- Experience with sound design, audio editing, and syncing AV
and delivery standards for various digital channels.
