We are looking for a Senior Motion Graphics Artist who can bring ideas to life through strong visual storytelling, detailed motion design, and well-structured storyboards. The role needs someone who can understand how products work, especially in tech-focused brands, and turn that understanding into clear, engaging visual flows. You should be able to look at a brief, break it down, visualize it, and build motion pieces that feel thoughtful, polished, and creatively strong. If you enjoy exploring different motion styles, crafting dynamic visuals, and simplifying complex ideas into easy-to-follow stories, you'll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
1. Motion Graphics & Animation
Create high-quality motion graphics for product explainers, social content, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
Build sleek UI/UX animations, tech product walkthroughs, and conceptual motion pieces.
Work closely with the creative and tech teams to ensure clarity, accuracy, and aesthetic consistency.
2. Storyboarding & Visualization
Develop storyboards and visual flows for videos, preferably using Figma (or similar tools).
Convert complex product and tech concepts into intuitive visual narratives.
3. Tech Product Understanding
Break down SaaS and digital product features into simple, animated storytelling.
Understand product logic, user journeys, and system flows well enough to visualise them creatively.
Interpret technical briefs and convert them into clear design/motion directions.
4. Cross-Project Creative Collaboration
Support B2B and B2C brands across categories, campaign, digital, or social projects with conceptualising, designing, or animating as required.
Collaborate with writers, designers, strategists & developers to solve creative problems visually.
Adapt your style as needed across brands and project types.
5. AI Tools & Innovation
Be an active learner and early adopter of AI-based creative tools (Runway, Sora, Pika, Gen-AI engines, etc.).
Experiment and contribute to building new creative workflows using AI.
Help us push the boundaries of motion + AI-driven storytelling.
