Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a performance-driven and detail-oriented Senior Media Executive to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms while ensuring smooth execution, strong reporting, and efficient campaign delivery.

Ideal Experience: 2.5–4 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and display networks.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and budget allocation to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate ad trafficking including asset uploads, tracking implementation, and ad verification.
  • Ensure accurate audience targeting and campaign placements as per campaign objectives.
  • Regularly review campaign performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and business goals.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to ad delivery, tracking, and campaign performance.
  • Create and maintain detailed campaign performance reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with technology vendors, third-party partners, and ad exchanges for seamless campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely execution and updates.
  • Support media planning, proposals, and presentations for campaigns and business requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for campaign-related communication and performance updates.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and media amplification.
  • Knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow within digital media operations.

Good to Have

  • Prior experience in Ad Ops or performance marketing environments.
  • Certifications in Google Ads and Amazon platforms.
  • Awareness of emerging ad technologies, media trends, and campaign innovations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced brand or agency environment.
  • Knowledge of campaign verification and tracking implementation.
