Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer/Key Account Manager who can own performance across multiple D2C brands.
This is NOT a button-clicking role.
You will be responsible for:
- Strategy
- Scaling decisions
- Creative direction
- Performance accountability
KRAs & Responsibilities
- Own complete account performance (ROAS, CAC, MER, revenue)
- Plan and execute scaling strategies (horizontal + vertical)
- Build and optimise campaign structures (Meta + Google)
- Lead creative testing:
- Hooks
- Angles
- Offers
- Formats
- Analyse data deeply and generate actionable insights
- Work closely with designers for high-performing creatives
- Take strong decisions:
- Scale
- Kill
- Pivot
- Mentor junior media buyers and improve team output
What Makes This Role Different

Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Google is a plus), Shopify, GA4
- Managed multiple accounts with good budget
- Strong D2C / Ecommerce experience(Not looking for lead generation)
- Agency experience preferred
- Strong understanding of: Funnels, Attribution, Creative strategy
- Comfortable with data and analytics(GA4)
- High ownership mindset (no hand-holding needed) with managing own PnL

Compensation
₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
