Role Overview
AlmaBetter is building one of the most outcome-driven career education platforms in the world, helping learners transition into high-growth technology careers through industry-driven learning and real-world problem solving.
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can build and scale AlmaBetter's brand, demand generation engine, and market influence.
This role requires a rare combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution capability. The person we hire must be comfortable operating at both levels shaping AlmaBetter's market narrative while also leveraging modern marketing tools, growth systems, and AI-driven workflows to drive measurable outcomes.
The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with founders and leadership to build a world-class marketing function that drives brand leadership, learner acquisition, and sustained business growth.
Core Mandate
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for building a high-performance marketing engine that drives three outcomes:

Prime Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Market Positioning
- Define and evolve AlmaBetter's brand positioning, messaging architecture, and category narrative.
- Position AlmaBetter as a leading global brand in outcome-driven technology education.
- Develop storytelling frameworks that communicate career outcomes, employability, and learner transformation.
- Lead high-impact brand initiatives across digital, community, and ecosystem channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across product, admissions, partnerships, content, and learner experiences.
Full-Funnel Demand Generation
- Build and scale AlmaBetter's end-to-end learner acquisition engine.
- Own the complete marketing funnel from awareness consideration application enrollment advocacy.
- Develop scalable systems for lead generation, demand capture, and pipeline growth.
- Drive continuous improvements in conversion rates and funnel efficiency.
- Optimise Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and overall marketing ROI.
Growth Marketing & Performance Engine
- Lead AlmaBetter's performance marketing strategy across paid, organic, and owned channels.
- Drive growth through experimentation frameworks, attribution models, and rapid testing cycles.
- Manage multi-channel acquisition strategies across: Paid search, Paid social, Affiliate networks, Influencer partnerships, Community-driven growth.
- Establish robust marketing analytics and growth dashboards to track campaign performance and revenue impact.
Modern Marketing Stack & Hands-On Digital Execution
The Senior Marketing Manager must remain hands-on with modern marketing tools, platforms, and workflows.
Responsibilities include:
- Leveraging modern creative and design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Driving video-first marketing strategies using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Descript, Runway, and AI-powered video tools.
- Utilizing AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms to accelerate campaign creation, experimentation, and optimization.
- Working with modern marketing stacks including:
- CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Analytics and attribution tools
- Growth experimentation platforms
- AI-driven content and campaign generation tools
- Staying continuously updated with emerging marketing technologies, AI-driven workflows, and automation systems.

SEO, AEO & Organic Growth Strategy
- Build a robust SEO and organic growth engine for AlmaBetter.
- Lead strategies across:

- Content-led growth strategies
- Ensure AlmaBetter becomes a top authority in search for career transformation and tech education queries.
- Optimize for evolving discovery platforms including Google, YouTube, AI assistants, and answer engines.
Content, Thought Leadership & Distribution
- Build AlmaBetter's content and thought leadership engine.
- Develop high-quality storytelling around: learner success stories, hiring outcomes, industry insights & founder narratives.
- Drive content strategies across: LinkedIn, YouTube, Blogs, podcasts, newsletters & community platforms.
- Establish AlmaBetter as a trusted voice in technology education, career transformation, and AI-driven learning.
Go-To-Market Strategy for Programs
- Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new programs and learning tracks.
- Work closely with product and leadership teams to align program positioning with market demand.
- Build scalable launch playbooks for courses, certifications, and partnerships.
Ecosystem & Employer Marketing
- Strengthen AlmaBetter's positioning with hiring partners, industry leaders, and the technology ecosystem.
- Build marketing narratives around career outcomes, hiring success, and industry partnerships.
- Launch initiatives that increase AlmaBetter's visibility among tech companies, founders, and hiring managers.
Marketing Operations & Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performance marketing organization.
- Manage internal teams, agencies, and external vendors.
- Establish structured systems for: campaign planning, marketing experimentation, brand governance & performance reporting.
- Introduce AI-enabled marketing operations and automation systems to increase efficiency and creativity.
