As a Chief Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in driving mPokket's growth through strategic user acquisition initiatives, marketing partnerships, and customer lifecycle optimization. You'll work closely with internal teams across Marketing, Product, and Analytics to identify high-impact growth opportunities, optimize performance channels, and drive revenue through innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities1. User Acquisition & Growth StrategyPlan and execute multi-channel user acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, affiliates, OEMs, and other digital platforms.
Leverage performance marketing data and attribution tools (Appsflyer, Google Analytics, etc.) to monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns.
Identify and test new growth channels to expand reach and reduce CAC.
2. Strategic Marketing PartnershipsIdentify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with external platforms, fintech ecosystems, and marketing partners to drive acquisition and engagement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure partnership models that enhance growth, retention, or monetization.
Evaluate performance and ROI of partnership initiatives.
3. Customer Lifecycle & EngagementWork with the Product and CRM teams to design and execute lifecycle journeys that improve activation, retention, and reactivation.
Use engagement and analytics tools (CleverTap, Appsflyer, internal dashboards) to track user behavior and implement targeted communication strategies.
Analyze customer cohorts to identify growth opportunities and reduce churn.
4. Product Collaboration & InsightsPartner with the Product team to enhance customer experience across acquisition and engagement touchpoints.
Provide data-backed insights for product improvements that drive conversion and retention.
Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for new feature launches.
Desired Skills & Experience5years or above experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or strategic partnershipspreferably in a B2C fintech, consumer tech, or digital-first company.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution models, and funnel metrics.
Hands-on experience with tools like Appsflyer, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CleverTap, and analytics dashboards.
Ability to think strategically while executing with a data-driven and analytical approach.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
Exposure to partnerships, monetization, or GTM strategy will be a strong plus.
