Senior Marketing Executive
Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead digital marketing initiatives, content strategy, performance marketing campaigns, and overall brand growth across multiple brands and platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the company's digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and official websites.
- Plan, curate, and execute content strategies including reels, videos, creatives, carousels, and promotional posts.
- Develop and execute brand awareness, engagement, and lead-generation campaigns across platforms.
- Plan, run, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.
- Lead and coordinate video shoots, photography, and creative production, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Provide clear and actionable creative direction to graphic designers, video editors, and content teams.
- Create, manage, and maintain content calendars, campaign timelines, and special-day or festival posts.
- Coordinate closely with creative, marketing, IT, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Track marketing performance using analytics tools, prepare regular performance reports, and share insights with stakeholders.
- Execute and manage bulk email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns for promotions and outreach.
- Plan and drive promotions for national and international events, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
- Handle data management, reporting, and client coordination related to marketing campaigns and activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing and end-to-end campaign management.
- Strong expertise in content strategy, brand communication, and marketing coordination.
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools to track and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, brands, and deadlines efficiently.
