We're looking for a high-energy, analytically sharp Associate Marketing for Selsmart & MetalMandi, business units of Attero Recycling Pvt Ltd, who can thrive in a fast-moving, execution-heavy environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys juggling multiple projects, digging into data, and turning ideas into action.
You'll work closely with growth, product, sales, and leadership teams to support marketing initiatives that directly impact user acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility for MetalMandi & Selsmart.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end marketing activities across digital, brand, performance, and growth initiatives for Selsmart & MetalMandi
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels
- Analyze campaign performance, customer data, and market insights to support data-driven decisions
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of marketing tasks
- Support content creation, communication, and promotional activities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Education
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field from a reputed institution
Experience
- 35 years of hands-on marketing experience in a startup, tech-enabled business, or reputed organization
- Exposure to digital marketing, analytics, performance marketing, or growth initiatives is a strong plus
Skills & Mindset
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Solid understanding of business fundamentals and customer journeys
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership and learn fast
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic marketing/analytics tools
