Senior Associate Marketing
Online and offline Department: Marketing
Location: Gurugram
Role Objective
The Senior Associate Marketing Operations & Digital Execution will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.
The role focuses on driving execution excellence, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining operational structure, and supporting scalable marketing systems across city-level and central initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
Execute payout communications, retail updates, partner campaigns, and promotional schemes
Lead content writing for all campaign communications (long format, short format, captions, broadcast messages, event copies)
Coordinate content development and creative execution with internal design teams
Ensure timely approvals, circulation, and follow-ups across channels
Maintain a structured campaign calendar and execution tracker
2. Digital Marketing Management
Manage WhatsApp marketing communication (broadcast planning, circulation, and tracking)
Coordinate LinkedIn content publishing and performance monitoring
Support paid marketing initiatives (Meta/Google campaigns coordination role)
Track digital engagement metrics and prepare periodic performance reports
Maintain and execute a structured monthly digital communication plan
3. Event & City-Level Marketing
Support planning and execution of Sankalp and city-level partner events
Manage event branding materials, printing, and dispatch logistics
Coordinate vendors and ensure seamless on-ground execution
Track post-event performance and follow-up impact
4. Offline Marketing & Branding
Manage onboarding kit inventory and dispatch processes
Coordinate office branding initiatives
Oversee city-wise flyer printing and distribution
Maintain marketing inventory and dispatch tracking systems
Required Experience & Skills
36 years of experience in marketing operations and digital marketing
Strong coordination and project management capabilities
Working understanding of social media platforms and basic paid marketing structures
Experience in vendor coordination and execution management
Structured, process-driven mindset with high ownership
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and reporting tools
Strong attention to detail and deadline adherence
