The company has successfully commissioned India's 1st graphite anode material customer qualification plant in Bellary, Karnataka with plans to produce 30,000 tons/annum by 2026 to scale upto 100,000 tons/annum by 2030. It has made strategic investments globally for manufacturing graphite anode material in USA with 60,000 tons/annum by 2030; and 60,000 tons/annum by 2031 in Finland. Job description:

Recruitment Process Management:

  1. Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations for all the businesses across the grades, including campus hiring and leadership roles.
  2. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
  3. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.

Candidate Sourcing and Networking:

  1. Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
  2. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates
  3. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  4. Utilize AI-powered sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.
  5. Leverage AI for talent mapping, market insights, and competitor analysis.
  6. Use AI-driven screening and assessment tools to evaluate candidates.

Candidate Assessment and Selection:

  1. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  2. Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  3. Assist in conducting reference checks and background verifications as part of the hiring process.

Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:

  1. Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  2. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback to candidates.

Data Management and Reporting:

  1. Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on key recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  2. Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
