We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Manager Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end hiring for critical roles across our Research and Credit roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hiring for Equity Research, Credit Risk, Fund accounting, Middle Operations roles . This role will require close collaboration with business leaders and HR partners to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Hiring Ownership:
- Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and market mapping.
Expertise:
- Understand functional nuances and partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assessments, and interview processes.
- Stay updated on evolving tech stacks and source talent accordingly.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand talent needs and deliver timely closures.
- Act as a recruitment advisor to business teams by sharing hiring insights, challenges, and market trends.
- Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent the CRISIL brand effectively in all candidate interactions.
- Process & Systems Management:
- Utilize ATS and sourcing tools effectively to manage workflows, candidate data, and reporting.
- Maintain recruitment SLAs, ensuring quality, speed, and compliance in all hiring actions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
- Use market intelligence and data to guide sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 11+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple parallel hiring mandates
