We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead our company's recruitment efforts. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent for our organization.

This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, extensive experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes, and the ability to lead a team of recruiters effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify and utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand current and future talent needs.
  1. Recruitment Process Management:
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Implement and utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance and professional growth.
  • Set clear performance objectives and metrics for the team and monitor progress regularly.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes teamwork and excellence.
  1. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
  • Develop and maintain the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Implement strategies to enhance candidate engagement and improve the overall recruitment experience.
  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key recruitment metrics and trends to senior leadership.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or a similar senior-level role.
  • Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations.
