Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
Lead and mentor the recruitment team; drive performance and productivity.
Oversee end-to-end hiring for multiple functions, including leadership & niche roles.
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, role scoping, and hiring decisions.
Build strong talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels.
Ensure recruitment process excellence, SLA adherence, and compliance.
Drive TA reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
Manage vendor relationships and support employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications:
812 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 35 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing high-volume, niche, and leadership hiring.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and market trends.
Experience building and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
