Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Product Management and related tech roles.
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and define talent strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build and mentor a high-performing TA team focused on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Leverage data and insights to optimize sourcing, pipeline health, and time-to-fill metrics.
Qualifications
- 812 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in tech/product hiring.
- Proven track record of hiring for engineering, product, and design roles in high-growth or tech-first companies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
