Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager- Strategic Alliances & Partnerships based in Dehradun. The role involves developing and managing strategic alliances and partnerships, driving business relationships, preparing and executing business plans, and identifying opportunities for collaboration to drive growth. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Strategic Alliances and Strategic Partnerships to identify, develop, and nurture key partnerships.
• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Business Alliances for fostering and maintaining robust industry connections.
• Competency in Business Planning to create and execute long-term strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in the education or skill development sector is an advantage.
• Should own car & valid license
• Open for extensive travel across the region for business requirements
• Should be an individual contributor for the region
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
