We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, high‑performance applications. You will play a key role in shaping architecture, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust technical solutions aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET
- Lead and contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, DevOps, and product teams
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues across environments
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
- Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and coding standards
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Your Profile
- 8-12 years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core
- Strong experience with ASP.NET, Web APIs, RESTful services
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design and SOLID principles
- Experience with message queues or event-driven architectures (Kafka, Service Bus, etc.)
- Experience with SQL Server and relational database design
- Knowledge of Entity Framework / Dapper
- Experience with source control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience building and consuming microservices is a plus
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized applications
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Blazor)
