Xponentium is an IITians-led AI services + Media Analytics + IT staff augmentation company We are looking for a dynamic individual who can directly report to the founders, who are graduates from IIT Kanpur.
What you will own:
- A team of 7-10 recruiters today, scaling to 12-15 in 12 months
- BFSI tech hiring across Java, .NET, GCP, AI/ML, QA Automation, DevOps
- Daily metrics on CV views, submissions, screenings, screen-selects, client confirmations
- Hiring, training, and exiting recruiters as evidence demands
- An AI-infused workflow we have already built (JD screening, profile assessment, questionnaire generation)
What we expect:
- 5-12 years of recruitment experience in IT staff augmentation, recruitment consultancy, boutique IT staffing, or RPO
- Player-coach DNA - 70% manager, 30% closing the hardest 2-3 positions personally each month
- Track record of building and running daily/weekly metric review meetings
- Experience hiring AND firing recruiters - not just managing them
- Comfort with AI workflows. We use AI as a 10x lever, not a threat.
Work Model:
- 5 days/week from Sec 44 Gurgaon office
- Direct CEO reporting
- All days in office
