Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with strong BFSI experience to drive revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market financial services clients. This role owns the end-to-end sales cycle, manages complex buying journeys, and builds trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business and account expansion across BFSI clients
- Manage full sales cycles, including discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closure
- Engage CXO and senior leadership to position value-led SaaS solutions
- Build and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline and accurate forecasts
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deployments
- Stay current on BFSI regulations, digital transformation trends, and competitive landscape
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience
- Strong exposure to BFSI clients (banking, NBFCs, insurance, fintech)
- Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Mumbai-based or open to working from Mumbai
