Why This Role Matters

Ecosystem partnerships are a key growth lever for GoKwik. Agencies and channel partners influence a large portion of merchant decisions in the D2C ecosystem. This role will drive partner-led acquisition, strengthen GoKwik's positioning within the ecosystem, and unlock scalable distribution through high-impact collaborations.

What You'll Own

Agency & Ecosystem Partnerships

  • Build and manage relationships with marketing and tech/development agencies
  • Identify and onboard high-potential partners within the D2C and Shopify ecosystem
  • Drive partner-led opportunities and revenue growth

Channel & Program Development

  • Work on SaaS partner programs and enablement initiatives
  • Develop scalable frameworks for partner onboarding, engagement, and success
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen partner value propositions

Revenue & Pipeline Contribution

  • Drive pipeline through partner networks and ecosystem relationships
  • Track and improve partner-driven conversions and deal closures
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities via partners

Stakeholder Management

  • Manage senior relationships with agency founders and leadership teams
  • Independently drive conversations and outcomes with partners
  • Ensure alignment between partners and internal teams

Ecosystem Intelligence & Strategy

  • Stay updated on trends across eCommerce, Shopify, and SaaS ecosystems
  • Understand how GoKwik integrates into merchant tech stacks
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and growth channels

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track partner performance metrics and contribution to revenue
  • Analyse data to optimise partnership strategies
  • Maintain visibility on partner pipeline and outcomes

Who You Are

  • 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem/channel roles
  • Strong experience working with agency partnerships (marketing and tech/development agencies)
  • Understanding of SaaS integrations and merchant tech stacks
  • Prior experience in SaaS companies is a strong advantage
  • Experience working with channel partners or SaaS enablement programs
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and drive outcomes independently
  • Strong exposure to eCommerce, Shopify, D2C, or SaaS ecosystem
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting performance metrics
  • High ownership with strong strategic thinking and execution capability
