Position Purpose
The role will manage and drive portfolio of complex projects end-to-end, aligned to the transformation agenda and strategic objectives. Partner with business stakeholders to initiate/lead operational excellence and simplification projects using state-of-the-art methodologies for e.g. Lean Six Sigma, PMI, etc.. Support GCC strategic planning of new services and delivery of operating model defined under the transformation agenda.
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Transformation and Transitions PMO
Plan, lead and implement projects end- to -end from business case creation to significant business impact. As PMO for transformation agenda and transitions, responsible for governance models, risk controls, and compliance standards across GCC operations. Liaise with global and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives. Build strong relationships and influence senior leaders across functions and geographies to help fully understand and derive the value from GCC capabilities.
- Operational Excellence / Productivity
Train, coach and lead projects as part of the Lean Six Sigma program. Develop and implement the innovation agenda together with the Service Center leadership. Lead the assessment, selection, and implementation of new projects and ensure their alignment to the transformation agenda and strategic objectives. Work with the respective teams; develop and implement tactical and strategic solutions to ensure high quality functional delivery for stakeholder business units.
- GCC strategy and capability models
Be a proactive part of a team of practitioners including Six Sigma, Service Excellence, Service Catalogue and other Project Management roles. Drive Service Center site capability development for new services added to the GCC portfolio. Enable alignment, consistency, high quality governance and periodic customer strategic reviews within the Service Centers.
Essential Requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
- Graduate Degree; MBA or equivalent management experience. Preferably degree in business, economics, finance or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 10 12 years of experience in project management, including the end-to-end project delivery across functions and geographies. Proven ability to lead and manage significant change management initiatives.
- Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
- GCC (Global Capability Center) experience is mandatory, with proven ability to manage large-scale operations and drive efficiency in a shared services or centralized model.
- Expertise in process optimization, stakeholder management, and implementing best practices across global teams.
