Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of an enterprise analytics product built on Microsoft Power BI with Snowflake as the underlying data warehouse .
  • This role requires deep expertise in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), strong product leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, BI developers, and healthcare operations leaders to deliver high-impact analytics solutions that drive revenue optimization, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Essential Functions And Tasks


Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and value proposition for Ventra's Power BI analytics platform.
  • Translate US Healthcare RCM business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
  • Drive product strategy across claims, billing, coding, AR, denial management, and payer analytics.
  • Align product roadmap with business growth, compliance requirements, and operational KPIs.
  • Evaluate product performance, define success metrics, and iterate based on user feedback and data usage patterns.
  • Champion a data product mindset across the organization, promoting the value of clean, actionable data and bridge with the product vision:
  • Drive the product lifecycle from inception to delivery, ensuring that key milestones are met timely .

Healthcare RCM Domain Leadership (Mandatory)


  • Serve as the SME for US Healthcare Revenue Cycle workflows including:
  • Patient registration & eligibility
  • Charge capture
  • Coding (ICD-10, CPT)
  • Claims submission & adjudication
  • Denials & appeals
  • Accounts receivable & collections
  • Define KPIs such as:
  • Days in AR
  • Clean Claim Rate
  • Net Collection Rate
  • Denial Rate
  • First Pass Resolution
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer-specific reporting requirements.
  • Partner with revenue cycle leaders and healthcare executives to define reporting needs.

Product Execution & Delivery


  • Own backlog management, prioritization, and release planning , preferably using Azure DevOps
  • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements using Confluence
  • Collaborate with data engineers building pipelines into Snowflake.
  • Ensure semantic models, measures, and dashboards in Power BI align with business rules.
  • Drive UAT cycles and ensure business sign-off.
  • Mentor product analysts and product owners and drive adoption of product best practices.

Scrum Master Responsibilities


  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  • Remove blockers and enable cross-functional team productivity.
  • Track velocity, burndown, and release milestones.
  • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a servant leader while maintaining delivery accountability.

Data & Analytics Governance


  • Ensure data integrity, validation, and reconciliation across Snowflake and Power BI.
  • Define data definitions, data mapping, metric standardization, and governance policies .
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement role-based access and HIPAA-compliant reporting.

Stakeholder & Executive Communication


  • Provide executive-level reporting on product performance and roadmap progress.
  • Present dashboards and analytics insights to healthcare operations leadership.
  • Drive adoption strategy and user enablement initiatives.

Education And Experience Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business , Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field ( Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience.
  • 3+ years managing data or analytics products .
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI .
  • Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake .
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare payer-provider workflows.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams ( Data Engineering, BI, QA ).
  • K nowledge of cloud data warehouse environments such as Snowflake .
  • Str o ng data skills : Querying using T-SQL and data handling & manipulati ng large data sets using E xcel . & Python

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare analytics product companies .
  • Familiarity with EHR/PM systems (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, etc.).
  • Strong SQL knowledge.
  • Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, X12 837/835).
  • CSM, SAFe , or equivalent Agile certification.
  • MBA or healthcare-focused advanced degree (preferred).

Compensation


  • Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons .
  • This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentiv e bon us in accordance with company policies .
