Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Shift Line Management
- Oversee Head and Block line operations for the respective shift.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and safety compliance on the production floor.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, motivate, and manage shift personnel to achieve performance targets.
- Identify training needs and support skill development of team members.
Performance Monitoring
- Track line performance metrics and implement corrective actions for deviations.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues to maintain continuous production.
Coordination and Reporting
- Communicate effectively with other shifts, maintenance teams, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare shift reports and escalate critical issues to senior management.
